Jettie was formed in late 1999 by Stefan Juhlin, Jesper Bohm, Clas Bohman and Johan Friman. At the time, all the members were involved in other projects but soon they decided to focus more on Jettie and the band signed a deal to record an EP for the newly founded indie-label Kasual Recordings. Less than a year later, their debut CDEP was released. Goodmorning Russia was recorded at Rommarö Studios, known for recording Sahara Hotnights, The Motorhomes, Popsicle and more... It did very well and sold nearly 1500 copies in Scandinavia alone, which is very good considering the fact that the label didn’t have proper distribution at the time. Meanwhile in Todcaster there are only seven true witches, Mabel Wrack, a sea witch whose mother had been a mermaid, Mabel's familiar was an octopus named Doris. Ethel Feedbag's familiar was a huge lumbering pig and they looked quite a lot like each other. Nancy and Nora Shouter were twins who lived to hate each other. Their poor bedraggled familiars were twin chickens who were forever getting mistaken by their respective witches. As these four witches came to the bus depot to get on the Coven Special and drive to Windylow Hearth for their annual coven. As they got there they spotted a coffee table, now this coffee table was actually a witch. A very old witch called Mother Bloodwort, who had taken to the habit of changing herself into a coffee table. She had not however gotten the hang of changing herself back into a person. The last witch had a problem, Belladonna was white and always had been she was very lonely because she had no familiar because good magis doesn't need it. The other witches were cruel to her and the only reason she went to the coven was in the hope that some of the blackness would rub of on her. The last witch was a banshee called Monalot, Percy, her sheep had the measles as did she so they didn'y attend this most important coven. The other witches made her stay in the group of stunted trees on Windylow Hearth to care for the familiars. Arriman arrived and nearly ran off when he saw the state of the witches in Todcaster. Right before the contest starts a new witch joins in place of Monalot Madame Olympia is pure evil and utterly sure that she will win. After many false starts including a baby kraken, a man who stays in a tree, a bottomless hole sucking up Nora Shouter, and Mother bloodwort changing into a coffee table after changing three princess' into a lame duck, a penguin and a budgie respectivly. At last it is Madame Olympia's turn she performs the Symphony of Death, a thousand plague ridden gray rats turn into skeltons and back into huge dog sized monsters that turn canniable and finally the last rat eats itself, she gets a nine of ten. Last our herione goes with the help of Lester, Leadbetter and new friend the orphan Terence Mugg, she raises Sir Simon Montplier back from the dead and wins the contest. All the other witches are leaving and Terence is missing he has been taken back to the orphanage that he hates. As he goes downstairs to get water for his friend Billy the evil Matron catches him and is coming up the stairs when he feels a strange sensation. Everyone has been in a state of panic since Terence was taken away. Te Wizard Watcher comes inside in a rush and announces that the new wizard has come at last. The wizard is Terence. He turned Matron into a spider. Now Belladonna and Arriman can marry in peace because Terence will carry on the wickness that Arriman has laid the foundation for. The happy couple invites all the witches back for their wedding including Madame Olympia. After the party both Madame Olympia and Sir Simon are missing, Arriman filled their drinks with love potion so that they will leave the newlyweds in peace. They wonder which one will be killed first. The Wizard Watcher is depressed because it thinks that it isn't needed anymore, Belladonna reproaches it and says he'll need to watch over Terence and take care of him. Belladonna and Arriman move into a small cottage a short ways away from Darkington Hall to let Terence learn by himself but close enough to help him when he needs it. Terence later becomes known as Mugg the Magnificent, flayer of the Foolish, and Master of Shades.

Sources[edit]The "Devine Inventory™" is a proprietary system offered to employers that professes to help those employers predict who will be successful employees in specific roles, by comparing the scores of existing employees and job applicants against those of an organization’s top performers. The company promotes this tool to employers as a means to select, hire, and develop employees and leaders. The Devine Inventory consists of several dozen questions - most of these present the user/applicant with binary choices, often calling for a "lesser of evils" choice. The user/applicant completes the Inventory online or offline. The Inventory can take an hour or more to complete. According to the company, the use of this tool leads to reduced turnover and candidate selection costs. 74.227.198.72 03:18, 1 December 2007 (UTC) Articles for creation/2007-12-01[reply]

Using stolen wood from construction sites of nearby houses, a home-made skate-park rose out of nowhere within a month. It was organized, run, and enforced by dozens of twelve, and thirteen year olds. The park became a legendary refuge and playground for unsupervised, uninhibited youths skateboarding and growing up in the 90's. Around 1998 it became too popular and boisterous and the police decided shut it down unannounced; destroyed the ramps, dumping gravel over the park, and building a police station on the grounds. Years later, the original members of LOLA would regroup in New York City. Having traveled the world and seen the ups and downs life has to offer, the individuals of LOLA created a lifestyle brand internationally respected and sought for. Through the designs, music, artwork, events & clothing, the values of Lola Prentice Memorial Park: loyalty, freedom, creativity, and camaraderie are able to live on and blossom. Locust was the first SMS chat community in the UK. The SMS community 'Locust' no longer exists. 'Locust' was set up in 1996 as a University project by Jon Anderson, who at the time was a student and a keen linux hacker. The service was initially only available to phones on the Orange network. In Q3 1998, the UK mobile phone operators (at the time: Cellnet, Orange, One2One and Vodafone) came to an inter-network SMS agreement (this meant that SMS messages could be sent from the home network to a phone on a different mobile operators network). This change rapidly increased the user-base of the Locust SMS community. Subscribers could receive unlimited SMS text messages, and over the years the community built up to over 600 users, who used his service for SMS-based games, news, email and instant messaging. Credits for subscription to the service could be bought for 2ukp/month or by running an RC5 (http://www.distributed.net) client for team 'The Locust Network'. Locust used a series of commands that could be sent by SMS, or via the website. It all came to an end in 2002 when Orange, the mobile phone company stopped the tariff which allowed Locust to operate. A huge community protest developed and Orange gave in initially by allowing Locust to work with a department within Orange called OrangeImagineering - Locust was granted a stay of execution. Finally Orange decided to pull the plug. Some of the memorable users were sumi, jud, sammi, muppet, crollster, spyda, simbo, widget, nickp, roz, dlp, oink, jappitts, alfie, rapunzel to name but few. Ib Solvang "Eric" Hansen was a Danish professional wrestler, known by his ring name Eric the Red, who competed in North American and international regional promotions during the 1960s and 70s, including Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling, Maple Leaf Wrestling and National Wrestling Federation. One of the major stars in the short-lived International Wrestling Association, he was one of the few to find success in the National Wrestling Alliance following the IWA's close forming a successful tag team with Pak Song in Championship Wrestling from Florida before his death in 1978. [1] Early career[edit]Born in Odense, Denmark, Hansen emigrated to Canada during the mid-1950s and eventually became involved in professional wrestling making his debut in the Toronto-area for Frank Tunney's Maple Leaf Wrestling in 1968. As Eric the Red, a modern-day Viking, Hanson faced veterans such as Dutch Momberg, The Assassin, Wild Bull Curry and Tiger Jeet Singh during his first year and also formed a short-lived tag team with Whipper Billy Watson. After becoming a "heel" in early 1969, he would face the former NWA World Heavyweight Champion in a series of matches throughout the year as well as some of the most popular wrestlers in the territory such as Paul Diamond and Edouard Carpentier. Later that year, he also appeared in the World Wide Wrestling Federation facing "The Canadian Wildman" Gene Dubois, Tony Altimore and Jack Vansky although he was mainly used as a preliminary wrestler and had left the promotion by late 1970. He would however make occasional appearances during the next several years, most notably facing WWWF World Heavyweight Champion Pedro Morales in September 1973 and, the following year, teaming with Baron Mikel Scicluna to defeat WWWF World Heavyweight Champion Bruno Sammartino & Johnny DeFazio in Hubbard, Ohio on November 1, 1974. National Wrestling Federation[edit]Hansen soon began wrestling for the National Wrestling Federation, regularly appearing in Buffalo, New York and Cleveland, Ohio against many of the promotions top stars such as Chief White Owl and Dominic DeNucci during the early 1970s. He also became a well known face in the Pittsburgh-area during this time, facing Gorilla Monsoon, Frank Durso and Victor Rivera in memorable matches. Briefly returning to Toronto to face Angelo Mosca, Vic Rossitani and Prince Pullins during the summer, he would return to the NWL by October 1972 under manager Tony Angelo as Eric the Animal, a wildman who carried a large bone to the ring and used as a foreign object. Feuding with NWF North American Heavyweight Champion Johnny Powers defeating him for the title in Buffalo on February 17, 1973 although he would loose it back to him within several weeks. He would also be involved in a controversial storyline violently attacking Jacques and Raymond Rougeau with his bone and subsequently resulting in a feud between the two for several weeks. After a brief tour of the Maritimes in June, he also headlined several events at the Maple Leaf Gardens facing Leo Burke, The Sheik and NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jack Briscoe on September 23. [2] [3] [4] The following year, he would make occasional appearances in the Detroit-area for Ed Farhat loosing to Dick the Bruiser on April 27, 1974. Facing Ernie Ladd and Bobo Brazil on the Cleveland-Buffalo circuit during the year, he also toured Japan during February-March including facing Antonio Inoki and, returning to Ontario, faced Luis Martinez and Dewey Robertson later that year. In early 1975, Hansen began his first tour of the southeastern United States competing for Dick Steinborn in Atlanta, Georgia where he very quickly becoming one of the promotions top "heels". However, he was soon hired by Pedro Martinez to return to Cleveland to compete in the newly established International Wrestling Alliance which Martinez and tv sports mogul Eddie Einhorn were organizing to compete directly against the National Wrestling Alliance as the first national professional wrestling promotion in the United States. Remaining one of the top stars in the promotion under manager George "Crybaby" Cannon, he feuded with IWA Heavyweight Champion Mil Mascaras throughout the country as the promotion toured the United States. During the tour, Hansen faced Lou Thesz loosing to the then 59-year-old former NWA World Heavyweight Champion at the Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City, New Jersey on August 7, 1975. By the end of the year however, following the takeover of Johnny Powers after Eric Einhorn pulled out, Hansen remained with the IWA as it attempted to survive as a regional promotion in the Carolinas. He would also travel to Canada several times where his former manager George Cannon was a booker for the Eastern Sports Association. From San Juan to Tulsa[edit]Like many other wrestlers who competed for the IWA, Hansen found little work in the National Wrestling Alliance and began wrestling overseas eventually becoming a major star in the Puerto Rican-based World Wrestling Council. Capturing both the Puerto Rican and WWC North American titles, he also became involved in a violent feud with Carlos Colon which would result in several riots during late 1976. Leaving the WWC in April 1977, Hansen returned to Toronto for a short while before moving on to World Class Championship Wrestling where he feuded with the Von Erich family for several months. The following year, he joined The Assassin in the Tri-State area in his feud with Randy Tyler during the spring on 1978. His allies soon turn against him however, when The Assassin and The Brute attacked him during a television taping in early July. Teaming with Steven Little Bear, he eventually lost a looser-leaves-town match against The Assassin and The Brute at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on July 22, 1978 with a record 31,000 in fans in attendance. Championship Wrestling from Florida[edit]On October 4, Hansen made his debut in Championship Wrestling from Florida defeating Phil Mercado at the Jai-Alai Fronton in Miami, Florida. Defeating Steve Brody in Ft. Lauderdale two days later, he was soon recruited by manager Sonny King for his stable along with Pak Song. Although defeating Rick Oliver in West Palm Beach on October 9, Hansen would be disqualified in matches against Steve Brody and Jimmy Garvin the following week. He soon began teaming with Pak Song and, only two weeks after Hansen's debut, they captured the NWA Florida Tag Team Championship from Mike Graham & Steve Keirn in Lakeland, Florida on October 14. Although loosing to Graham & Keirn after his partner Bobby Duncum was pinned during a tag match in West Palm Beach two days later, he and Pak Song would retain the tag team titles defeating Eddie Graham & Killer Karl Kox in Tampa, Florida on October 17. The following night, he and Pak Song would defend their titles twice in one night defeating Rick Oliver and Prince Tonga in Tampa, Florida and Killer Karl Kox & Steve Keirn in Miami later that night. Breaking his leg during the match, Keirn's injury was written into the storyline as Keirn later claimed he had been attacked by Hansen and other members of Sonny King's stable while training at a local gym with graham. Hansen and Pak Song continued their winning streak, continuing to feud with Mike Graham & Killer Karl Kox in tag team and singles matches during the next several weeks. On October 25, they again wrestled to matches in one night defeating Prince Tonga & Sonny Driver at a television taping in Tampa and, later that night, teamed with The Spoiler and Bobby Duncum loosing a 6-man tag team match against Jerry Brisco, Jim Garvin and Dusty Rhodes in Miami. After loosing Killer Kox & The Grahams a 6-man tag team elimination match with Pak Song and Sonny King in St. Petersburg three days later, he later interfered in the main event helping NWA Heavyweight Champion Harley Race defeat Dusty Rhodes. Facing Rhodes in a non-sanctioned "Lights Out" match in Tampa on October 31, he nearly defeated Rhodes with outside interference by his manager Sonny King however Killer Kox would also interfere in the match knocking out Hansen and allowing Rhodes to pin Hansen to win the match. Despite this loss, he and Pak Song would continue defending their titles during October and early-November. On November 7, he and Pak Song would face Killer Karl Kox & Dusty Rhodes, both long time rivals, later defeating the challengers via disqualification after Killer Kox attempted to hit Hansen with a steel chair. Death[edit]On November 8, he and Pak Song defeated Jimmy Garvin & Prince Tonga at a television taping in Tampa. Later that night at the Miami Jai-Alai Fronton, he and Pak Song would face Mike Graham & Dusty Rhodes defeating them by disqualification. Following the match, Hansen flew back to the Tampa International Airport and was driving through the Town ‘N Country area when his car stalled on West Hillsborough Boulevard. After telephoning for assistance, Hansen was struck by a car while crossing the median. His head hitting the windshield of the car, he suffered severe brain damage as well as numerous bodily injuries. Taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hansen remained in a coma for a week before he died from his injuries on November 26, 1978. [5] Championships and accomplishments[edit]

"THEODORE MAJOR was a great individualist in the British art world. He was an uncompromising Lancastrian, proud of his provinciality and working- class roots, who rejected the commercial gallery system, did not paint for money and hoped with his paintings, drawings and prints to win the attention of ordinary people, especially children. 'To disturb and extend consciousness in the mind of the viewer' was his declared aim. He declined to sell pictures, 'not to the people who want them, the rich people'. Neither was Major interested in courting national fame. Nevertheless, periodically the press's spotlight picked him out, as in 1992, when he refused to pay a poll tax bill of almost pounds 1,900. Although he had already settled in full for the house he lived in near Wigan, he declined to pay three years' arrears for the one next door, which he used as a store. Having failed to seize goods in lieu of payment - Major told the bailiff to jump in the canal - the council applied to have him committed to prison."
